Hi, I’m Allie! I am a graduate of Seattle Pacific University’s Music Therapy program, and I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Music Therapy with Emphases in Psychology and Special Education.
Following my graduation, I completed my music therapy clinical internship and accepted my first job at Áegis Living. Over three years, I worked at two locations and contributed to the growth of a music therapy program at each. In the spring of 2021, I began my own practice, and have been serving seniors in the comfort of their own homes ever since.
Working with seniors is so, very special to me. My heart for this population roots from my mom, who, while working, provided dental hygiene services to residents in long-term care communities. Going into music therapy, I knew where my heart was leading me - through my mom’s work and later my own, I have always been able to see what makes this population special. I’m excited to work with your community by bringing music and growth into your residents’ lives!
